Klaviyo bills by active profiles; suppressed and unsubscribed profiles don't count (Klaviyo help). Export your profiles, drop the file here, and see which segments are dead weight or likely bots, what they've earned you, and the tier you'd drop to if you suppressed them.
In Klaviyo: Audience → Lists & segments → a segment of everyone who can receive email → Manage → Export, and include the engagement and value properties (Last Open, Last Click, Last Active, Created, Historic Customer Lifetime Value, Email Marketing Consent) if you can. Any CSV with an email column works; missing columns just mean fewer checks.
Upload that CSV in Klaviyo as a suppression import (Audience → Profiles → Manage suppressions → Import), or create the matching segment and bulk-suppress it. Suppressed profiles stay suppressed even if they buy later, until they re-subscribe or you lift it; check the "revenue" column before you cut. Tier prices are a third-party snapshot of Klaviyo's Email plan (Spoks, captured 2026-05-18); edit them below if your billing page differs.
We're building List Cost Check as a monthly check on your live account: new bot bursts and dead weight flagged before the next tier, with the revenue impact shown. Get early access (free).
